I’m a writer, a heart intuitive, and a grief alchemist. I’m also a passionate woman not

I see heart devotion as a path for awakening, our way back to wholeness, and a way to remember the sacredness of our existence.

I hope to inspire you to discover a deeper contact with life through your heart. To see, to feel, to embody your heart’s unique essence. Many times in life I have felt alone and ashamed for being sensitive, for being ‘too in my feelings’.

But finding refuge in my heart’s truth has given me peace
